It is recommended that all new clients have a 1 hour assessment appointment the first time that they come and see us.  This allows us to really gauge the best course of treatment for the individual.  The assessment includes hands on treatment, posture and movement and consultation. 

24 hours notice required for cancelling or changing appointments, otherwise full charge is payable by client for appointment.

Appointments run to time.  Please arrive on time, wait at the front of the building to be met.  If you are early you may have to wait as staff could still be with previous client.

Booking an Appointment 

Call or message Laura on 07725040741.  You will be offered a choice of appointment times available. On the day of your appointment you will receive a reminder text in the morning.  When you arrive you are welcome to park on the driveway in front of the cars, or park on the road where you can find a space. If you need further assistance please just ask. We are experienced with disabilities, mental health and neurodivergence, and our aim is to make this a relaxed, healing experience.

Chair Strength and Movement Classes

 

Individual sessions - £50 per 45 mins at Restoration Studio or I can travel to you POA

Funded Group classes run locally, please ask for details and eligibility.

 

Total Nutrition

 

Individual session- £75

 

Personal Training & Injury Rehab

1 Hour session - £60 Based at Restoration Studio or at your home <2 miles away + £10

This session is focussed around correct position, form and balance. Guided by what your goals are or what is a necessity to increase strength and confidence.

Payments for treatments by BACS transfer and must be paid prior to the treatment, thank you.
